1. Acceptance of terms

By installing RouteTrak via the Go High Level Marketplace, creating a RouteTrak account, or otherwise accessing or using the RouteTrak service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

If you are using RouteTrak on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of service

RouteTrak is an AI-powered route optimisation and field dispatch platform that integrates with Go High Level ("GHL"). The Service includes:

3. Accounts and access

GHL-connected accounts

Access to RouteTrak is granted through GHL's OAuth 2.0 authorisation flow. You must have a valid GHL account to use the GHL-connected version of RouteTrak. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GHL account.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your RouteTrak connection. You must not share your GHL credentials or allow unauthorised access to your GHL account. Notify us immediately at support@routetrak.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RouteTrak to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these terms.

5. Your data

You own your data. RouteTrak claims no ownership over contact data, appointment data, or any other data imported from your GHL account or entered into RouteTrak.

By using the Service you grant RouteTrak a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you disconnect your GHL account or delete your RouteTrak data.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RouteTrak — including sending SMS messages to your field technicians — complies with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from the individuals whose data you process.

6. Third-party services

RouteTrak integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of RouteTrak is subject to their respective terms:

RouteTrak is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services.

7. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. RouteTrak may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or outages affecting our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, AWS).

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance via email or the application interface.

8. Limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTETRAK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

RouteTrak's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Route suggestions provided by RouteTrak are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying that routes are safe and appropriate for your vehicles, drivers, and local conditions. RouteTrak is not liable for any accidents, fines, or incidents arising from following a suggested route.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling RouteTrak from your GHL account. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 8, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via the email address associated with your account or via a notice in the RouteTrak dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RouteTrak is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
